The Residenza Aurea is a charming residence in a historic building made completely home automation. The residence has recently been completely restored, without however affecting the original structure. An intimate and refined room rental located in an ancient building in the historic center of the city of Offida, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The structure is located in the historic center, a few steps from Piazza del Popolo, this allows guests to easily reach the main monuments of the city on foot, including the Town Hall and the splendid Church of Santa Maria della Rocca, the symbols of Offida. The property has 6 rooms.
The rooms in a quiet and welcoming environment are equipped with a large private bathroom with shower, LED TV and independent heating/cooling system. The large rooms are all carefully finished, modernly furnished for the comfort of its guests, and each have an internal bathroom, finely finished and functional. Free Wi-Fi We do not accept pets.
